We provide tutoring and educational services for students of all ages from grade K to College. All our tutors are well versed in and experienced with the curricula used in most of Private and Public Schools and we can assist you with every subject level from regular to Honors, Advanced / Accelerated, and AP. We also offer tutoring for adults who are returning to school to pursue their degrees.

Academic Coaching

Students often struggle because they are not organized and they do not know how to study for tests. This is often a problem that causes students to under-perform or perform erratically. At Successful Scholars, we have tutors that are experts in study skills and organization and that can help students get organized and stay organized. They can also work with your child to help them learn "how" to study, take notes and pace themselves before an upcoming test.

Some of the benefit of having a private tutor comes from regular, structured time with a tutor who helps lay out a plan to get things done. The student sees techniques and approaches in the session, and then can start to apply it in other subjects and on other assignments when the tutor is not present.

With the popularity of home schooling growing, Successful Scholars can assist can assist parents with all subjects in their home school curriculum.

Our homeschooling program is customized and for any K-12 student.

Successful Scholars can help facilitate the student’s transition from Day to Homeschool and work in conjunction with a host of accredited online Schools to put together the student’s course of study and all other necessary organizational tasks as needed.

We will evaluate a student’s transcript and assess his or her achievement level.

Test Preparation
Test preparation is a process. Changes do not necessarily happen overnight and cannot be expected to. Preparing for a standardized test requires a different approach than studying for a next-day math test at school. When preparing for a standardized test, consistent and regular practice allows students to get familiar over time with similar question types and problem-solving strategies.
